Head of Account Management


Clarity Global Group Ltd is one of the leading Pharmaceutical & Health Distributions. With total group sales exceeding €100m in 2019, we are in a time of growth and we are now looking for a Head of Account Management, who will be responsible for managing strategic customer accounts at all levels, and maximising all opportunities for sales within the accounts across all Claritypharma channels.


Duties of the Head of Account Management include

  • Managing all company accounts for the company and building relationships with key personnel
  • Networking across all accounts in order to secure and maximise all profitable business opportunities
  • Ensuring internal company functions give the highest level of customer service to all accounts
  • Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively and efficiently
  • Holding regular monthly meetings with all stakeholders about key accounts
  • Investigating and resolving queries and challenges raised by all accounts
  • Taking a proactive approach to account management
  • Arranging SMART meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer
  • Holding business reviews to assess profitable opportunities for sales growth
  • Monitor sales activity and actively report in CP CRM


What we ask in you

  • Previous experience managing multiple, high value accounts
  • A pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare background- Preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of growing business within large accounts
  • Proven track record of working to KPI’s and achieving targets on time
  • Strong leaderships skills
  • A full driving licence
