Thank you for placing an order with us at Clarity Global Group. All of your items are now being picked and packed by our diligent and professional warehouse team. Once packed and sealed in the box, your products will be shipped using a registered, insured and tracked courier, arriving at your door within 48hrs of dispatch. When you receive your item, the box and seals should be intact. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service team on info@clarityglobalgroup.com or 0845 080 5190.

My item has not arrived, what shall I do?

Your item should arrived within 48hrs of the order being placed and successfully confirmed to you (please check your registered email to confirm the order was successful and being picked and packed). If your items have not arrived within 48 working hours, please contact our team on info@clarityglobalgroup.com or 0845 080 5190.

Can I return my item?

Due to the nature of these items, you are able to return them if they are damaged or faulty. If the seal on the packaging for the items has been broken, they will not be able to be returned unless there is a fault identified. In such case we would ask you to return the items in their original condition with the dispatch note and we would replace for you as soon as possible. Can I buy in larger quantities?

Yes of course. If you are looking for large quantities, we are able to put you through to our Internal Sales Team who will be able to provide you with a bespoke quote based on volume and location needing to be shipped. Just contact us at on info@clarityglobalgroup.com or 0845 080 5190with your full name, details of your products you are looking to purchase and a contact telephone number. We aim to respond to all incoming enquiries within 24hrs.

How can I leave feedback?

I want to order and am from outside the UK, can I do this online?

Yes you can, at the checkout create an account (if you do not have one already) and add in your full address. If we have any issues or questions regarding your shipment we will call you before we send it, so please ensure you provide a suitable contactable number on your account to avoid any delays in shipment.
