Customer Development Manager


Clarity Global Group Ltd is a leading Pharma & Health Sales and Distribution company. We work with a number of manufacturers providing strategic sales advice, storage, distribution and supplying to full & short-line wholesalers, pharmacies, GP surgeries and hospitals.
Founded since 1999 we have had huge success over the years, winning numerous awards and most recently in 2020 being recognised in “Pharma Fast 50” as one of the fastest growing businesses. With total group sales exceeding €100m in 2019.

Due to exceptional growth, we’re looking for a Customer Development Manager to lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive business development strategy.

Duties include-  

• Oversee the management of existing and new relationships with partners and clients 
• Build relationships that result in supporting consistent growth 
• Co-account management of our largest client 2-3 Clients (25% of your time)
• Prepare business plans and forecasts for the targeted region on a quarterly basis
• Develop some New business from existing accounts and new accounts (75% of your time)
• Provide reporting regarding the overall performance of the individuals and the department 
• Ensure team members meet targets and objectives consistently 
• Communicate the various promotions products and marketing campaigns currently active 
• Document business development activities 
• Contribute to the overall organisational strategies and representing the priorities of the development function
• Attend all customer meetings to ensure key messages and activates are maintained to a high level and to the signed contract
• Participate in promoting an organisational culture that values long-term strategic thinking creativity innovation and high performance 
• Stay up to date with Pharma market events news and developments
